Plastinher Urbán is a company founded in 1991 in Elche, Alicante—the cradle of Spanish footwear—dedicated to manufacturing soles and sheets for footwear. Our main driving force is our customers, and we are fully committed to always providing them with the best services and products, adding extra comfort, flexibility, lightness, and design to every item. Our philosophy is rooted in innovation. To achieve this, we have a state-of-the-art R department with the latest 3D machinery. We have large, modern facilities of more than 6,000 m² and a highly qualified team of professionals. After more than 25 years of experience in the sector, we are still driven by the same goals we had at the beginning. Experience allows us to ensure that our greatest asset is our ability to innovate and continue providing the best service to our customers.

Yes. We have an R department that enables us to develop fully customized soles and sheets, adapting to the design, measurements, and technical specifications the customer requires.

We work with a wide variety of high-quality materials, such as EVA, TPU, rubber, and other compounds, selected according to the type of footwear and the performance required in terms of comfort, lightness, and durability.
Do you offer prototypes or samples before final production?
Yes. We can produce prototypes or preliminary samples so the customer can assess the design, materials, and finish before starting large-scale production.
What is the approximate lead time for a standard order?
Lead time may vary depending on the volume and complexity of the order, but in general, standard orders are delivered within approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
